Client Login

The IDS FTP site is located at ftp://ftp.integrated-ds.com. You can access it via your web browser or desktop FTP software. Upon connecting you will be prompted for the Username and Password that has been given to you by IDS.

Web browser software

In Internet Explorer (Win-only), Safari (Mac-only), Firefox, Opera, or almost any other web browser, simply go to ftp://ftp.integrated-ds.com.

Windows FTP software

SmartFTP or one of the many FTP programs at SourceForge.

Macintosh FTP software

In the Finder, click the "Go" menu and choose "Connect to Server...". For dedicated FTP software, try Transmit, Fugu, Cyberduck, or one of the many available at SourceForge.

Connection Issues?

If you are having trouble connecting, check your browser or software settings and make sure that "Use Passive FTP" is disabled. For example, this setting in Internet Explorer is a check-box located by going to "Tools -> Options ->Advanced". If you are still having troubles, please contact us.
