Community Planning
At Integrated Design Studio, we have worked on community planning projects ranging from mixed use urban infill projects, to resort planning, to campus planning to design for affordable communities.
For these projects we provided anything from existing conditions analysis, site planning and/or master plan documents, public presentations, massing studies, and visual analysis. At any scale, we provide specialized focus attention to both the aesthetics and livability of the built environment.

Site Planning for a mixed use development including high density residential and commercial along a planned extension of the Hercules 'Main Street'.
Revelstoke Mountain Resort,
Revelstoke, British Columbia (Canada) *Master planning for new four season destination resort. Plan includes mixed-use commercial center, ski in/ski out real estate, golf course and related residential neighborhoods.
Hidden Creek Crossing, Mammoth Lakes CA
Site Planning for proposed mixed use, affordable housing site. Prepared documents for TOML Planning Application. Work included site planning, illustrative plan, preliminary grading plan, massing study, related master plan documents.
Mammoth Mountain Chalets, Mammoth Lakes CA *
Assist with site planning and design charette for owners of a group of chalet-type cabins at foot of Mammoth Mountain.
Master Plan - Resort *
Prepare Master Plan and related exhibits for Master Plan approval process. Compile views for visual analysis study of proposed buildings, to be used for EIR.
Wildhorse Meadows, Steamboat Springs CO *
Technical consulting for new mixed use development near existing ski area. Scope included 3D massing.
