Graphic Communication
Graphic Communication is a key element of all the Integrated Design Studio projects. Our Land Planning graphic services range from products including conceptual site analysis and conceptual site plan graphics, to illustrative site plan renderings, to 3D computer modeling, including massing studies, visual analysis studies, and virtual site "fly-throughs."
In addition to traditional Land Planning graphic services, the IDS team provides consulting and materials that can be utilized for marketing and sales as well as the approval process. Compilation of project related collateral often evolve into project design booklets, marketing brochures, web/electronic based design/development, as well as traditional graphic design services. This seamless transition from Land Planning graphics to the creation of marketing related services allows the client ultimate flexibility and most cost-effective and contemporary graphic options available with only one point of contact.

Residential/golf related single family development in Central California. Provided graphic exhibits for developer to use in the approval process. Products included illustrative site plan renderings, perspective sketches, and supporting booklets and collateral.
Treasure Hill, Park City UT *
Site Planning and consulting for proposed mixed use development above downtown Park City linked by a lift. Project program includes hotel, condos and townhouse units woven into the landscape and rerouted ski run.
Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Berkeley CA *
GIS based visual analysis for ongoing planning and analysis. Studies included existing and proposed buildings based on architectural criteria established by the client.

Provided graphic assistance for proposed mixed use development project.

Prepare Master Plan and related exhibits for Master Plan approval process. Compile views for visual analysis study of proposed buildings, to be used for EIR.

Site Planning for proposed mixed use, affordable housing site. Prepared documents for TOML Planning Application. Work included site planning, illustrative plan, preliminary grading plan, massing study, related master plan documents.
